Being able to get last change and dictate matchups is far more advantageous than any other home ice advantage there is. Yost is completely ignoring that this will still exist and therefore the deemed home team still has that advantage.

Sorry, I asked a question, and referenced a TSN article that puts out a pretty hard statement in my opinion. Didn’t know there was a thread starting protocol. I will try to be better and meet your expectations going forward.

It’s not his expectation. It’s in the forum rules:

“Thread titles must be as specific and informative as possible (no clickbait) and first posts must provide relevant commentary (“discuss” is not enough, for example).”

Forum members should not have to click into a thread or link to find out what the discussion topic is. I think some other posters have covered that already here.
