Sure, hell, if they wanted they could get Dahlin, but the cost would be far more than they'd realistically offer.

For the sake of argument, if they offered all of their blue chip prospects plus their top end YOUNG players (starting with Larkin) and then added their all their first and 2nd round picks until 2040 even buffalo would trade their pick. Hell, I'd part with Provo for that package in a heartbeat, but the Wings would never be that stupid
