Short notice but we got Thunderdome.

Same lines I'm assuming for the Devils unless Bahl comes in for OK and Vanecek starting.

I was just joking about doing a Thunderdome GDT. But you got it done on short notice! Well done!

Chalk up another L. I can't think this squad has much to give tonight after such a lackadaisical effort last night, followed by a 2 hour flight to the BIG D.

And the fact of the matter is that Pete wants this game really bad, as does Nas and refuses to lose to the NJD and be shown up by them, after an embarrassing and heartless firing by the organization on Christmas Day. All Pete cares about is beating the Devils. That's his cup. That's why losses the last two games happened, as Pete allowed his boys to coast and giving BUF two points also helps screw the NJD even more. That's also why he let them hold on for 59:59 against the Rags before giving them a point. The NYb also got a point against them on that trip. We got nothing in the game at the rock, other than #Wedgewalled and #DeBoer'd for the umpteenth time.

And Nas is also undefeated against the NJD and refuses to be shown up by being passed over for old man Ruff and then canned to bring in NHL rookie and AHL veteran coach Sarge and VGK reject McGill.

We'll get nothing this game. Start your weekend early folks.

Unfortunately it doesn't get any better after the long break, as VAN is coming to town in the first game back and they're simply a different team under Tocchet and much better than what they were under Boudreau.

The defense will most likely be looking for a bounce back performance and the offense was good last night. Not to mention we got VV in net.
