oh no question but I just found it funny the reaction by some here when that happened in real-time.

Noticed that no one said "oh! My bad. That's why he missed" after the replay showed Karlsson's great defensive play, though.
I think all the players are held to a very high standard and it’s unrealistic in a very competitive game to expect perfect. Bratt and Jack have the puck more than anyone and Hischier is expected to cover the other team’s best center and create offense. They will be more heavily criticized than the other guys just because of their ability. If the average guy just makes safe conservative plays he won’t get attacked even though somebody has to do something beyond the safe conservative play to create offense.

With about 30 seconds left Jack also set up Severson for what would have been a back door tap in and Sevs whiffed on the pass.

I am beginning to think that some of Jacks hard passes are difficult to handle. Maybe there’s more pace on them than a lot of guys are used to. Maybe the passes are so good they fool his own team mates.

Glad we won the shoot out because none of that stuff now matters.

A shootout win for this team has been very rare, to say the least.

This season for different reasons than last but still rare.

Glad we were able to get it done.

Jheeze I mean, it was still a close play that could've potentially ended the game, hence my "OMG Bratt...", it was so close lol... Didn't mean to insult your guy.

The comeback OT win against the Rangers really righted the ship.

If we lost that game then the spiral could have continued.

The game we lost to the Blues before that was such a crusher. Should have gotten at least a point in that one, if not both and then we outplayed the Rangers the next game, only to be trailing 2-0 and 3-1. And then the Carolina comeback really got it going, even though we probably shouldn't have won that game.

We've made good on a lot of the games we should have won or at least got points in but didn't. The Flyers game, at least one of the Bruins games, A few others in December that I can't even remember right now.

The puck has been bouncing for us too, during this streak, after an entire spell when we couldn’t buy a break in December. Both tying goals by Hughes - against the Rangers when a puck ricocheted to him to set up the tying goal, and tonight where it tips in off Karlsson with seconds left - were pure bounces. It’s about time. These are the sort of breaks we simply couldn’t get when trying to tie games vs the Bruins or Dallas when we were losing.

What was so key about that come back Rags win was it ending that home losing streak. That was really threatening to spiral out of control, and you didn't want that hanging over the team going into a long road trip.

Things were turning around before that with wins against Pitt and Detroit and getting a point against Carolina. That Blues game left a bad taste in everyone's mouth

It was more made toward mdj who said "f off".

I just included you because I wanted you to see my response, that's all. :)

Besides, I'm sure you were thinking the same thing I was for a moment that he just lost the puck there (which was a reasonable reaction).

I enjoy reading your posts, sir.

Next game is going to be a real tough one.

Kraken have been just as on-fire as we have been.

They just lost 4-1 to the Lightning.

And I'm sure they'll get trounced in Edmonton next.

VV gives Marty playfulness vibes while Big Mac gives weird euro goalie vibes but from Canada so way trashier. Let’s see how it plays out.

This game was pretty similar to the Preds game but flipped. They only scored in first and last minutes and tied it up super later to win in extra time. We only score in first and last minutes and tie it up super late to win in extra time.

Edit: Also both leading teams had a PP late and couldn’t put it away
