At the risk of being obvious, and maybe stating something that has already been said a million times, the difference right now is that Cory gives up rebounds almost all the time, and Kink doesn't. JMO without any review of stats, based on watching the games........

The NJD just look like a better hockey club with Kinker in there. I think it may have something to do with him making more saves. Sure he’ll have some games where he gets blown out. He’s no savior. He’s our best ticket at the position right now, though.

Their best game since at Pitts (Captain Obvious statement of the week), but with no intention of dampering the mood here, there were still too many failed clears and turnovers for my liking.

It was a small step forward, let's hope they don't take a few back the rest of this week.
