The reason I put a question mark was I wasn't sure JJ had a structure.

Lol. Yeah. He had our D chasing behind the net. I f***ing hated it. So many times we were caught with both guys back there, they lose the board battle and absolutely no one is in front to protect the slot. Damn. Frustrated the hell out of me.

Love the new D system. Simple, but necessary. Protect the center of the ice. Get puck. Move it. No D to D passes. Move it forward.

And Vegas may not make the playoffs this year, so that could be a pretty good 2nd.

McPhee really took Neal and Perron for granted - and overrated Pacioretty and Statsny at this stage of his career.
And Statsny is done for 2 months

It's Columbus's 2nd, but it could still be good. No guarantees they make it either.

We got Columbus' 2nd, not Vegas' own pick.

Larkin said he regrets not fighting in the blow-out against Boston. Think he rights that tonight? Maybe scraps Domi?

K so were 17-27-8 with Price last 2 seasons. 9-5-4 with Niemi…

I just assume we'll lose with Price no matter how good he is and we'll win with Niemi.

Armia has all the tools, but doesn't know how to use them to create offense it seems. Compare that to Hudon who lacks size and speed but is crafty out there and is always looking to create a scoring chance.

I at least want to see Hudon take Armia's spot in the top 9. And Shaw should just be traded. Is there a team out there looking for a "character" guy with a couple stanley cup rings who chips in offensively here and there?

Shaw needs to go. We don't need him. Can't believe MB turned down trades for him last year.

Hopefully he creates value for himself by the trade deadline. Send him to Edmonton. Their wingers suck.
