Played them early last season if I recall, even believe we won. I was feeling pretty good about that Blues team, little did I know what the remainder of Oct, Nov, and then Dec had in store.... Oh well doesn't matter Cup Champs just a handful of months after! :)

Lets show Toronto what a relentless wave we are tonight.

4-2 STL.

The schedule has been tough so far, but it’s actually pretty favorable the rest of the month. I suspect Toronto is going to want to measure themselves against the Blues, specifically trying to show they can play a physical game. St. Louis is a stand-in for Boston tonight in that sense. Time to introduce Toronto to Jordan Binnington, though.

I think every team will use the reigning champs as their statement game. I suspect even Ottawa will throw their best efforts against us.

would like to see a lil bit of a spark from tarasenko, and also expect a big line from the third and fourth lines tonight.

I think we’d destroy them in the playoffs. But I doubt they’ll see our playoff intensity tonight. Our 3rd and 4th lines would give them hell.

I cant believe Steen and Gunnarson are still playing for you guys. Feels like forever ago they were traded.
Stempniak just retired, too, to put it in perspective. I still can’t believe the Leafs allowed their GM to make a trade like that days before he was fired.

That defense is easily exploitable... as good as their offense is. Bang em around and the Leafs crumble without fail.
