It's not like he spent 15 mill on a player and is way over. I do see your point though. I think dropping a player and signing one of the ones that are left would be a good compromise.

While there are plenty of teams that have a better 1st line, or a better forward corps period, and some teams that have an arguably better Dcorps, none of them have as good a forwards, dcorps, and goaltenders as I do. Of the completed rosters, I think mine is the best. Maybe not in scoring (pretty well guarantee it since most of my offense is coming from the backend) but we have a large abundance of excellent two way forwards, PK and PP players and overall good guys. Plus that D corps is just drool worthy.

I don't think it's even conceivable to build a better defence squad. The near-perfect mix of grit and skill in the forward group is also a plus.
