Sioux City drafted this kid in the USHL draft in the spring. Pospisil played there. I wonder if a Flames-Musketeer scouting connection (?) and secondly wonder if he'll come over to play in USHL?

Well I can tell you that he's Russian and thats a good thing for a goalie. They seem to do okay for themselves

Might be a bust but goalies are a crapshoot. No issue tossing a 4th at a goalie. With goalies, you don't have the faintest idea until 3-5 years after drafting anyway, it's all about how they start translating to the pro game, so until they hit the AHL and play a couple years there, just don't know.

And remember, Lundqvist and Rinne were like 7th round picks. With goalies you just kinda draft some and hope lol
