WTF! He's been confused all over in this very short season. He's made terrible decisions and more over he's had just a terrible first-pass out of the zone. Everytime making the wrong decision.

What's wrong? People thought he was injured but that's obviously not the case.

UGH!

2 years makes a world of difference?

2011:
Bieksa and Hamhuis =dependable paring
Kesler = offensive threat.

2013:
God damnit....

He's done everything bad that you can ever do as a defender now. Let's hope his luck turns around

If he's injured, it should be dealt with right now. Call up Corrado and hope Hamhuis will be ready for the playoffs.

Right now he's been a huge liability, and at the very least should be relegated to the 3rd pairing.

Seriously...he ****ing sucks

But he's such a great D-Man, we've seen it. So what is the deal? Someone here with tons of knowledge must have an idea?

This can't be permanent, I assume it's a funk? Does Torts bench him next game, bring up Frankie Corrado in his place? Or does Edler's suspension clip that idea?

Dan Hamhuis

What the **** happened?

The last two seasons, Hammer was BY FAR our best defensive defenseman, and so far this year he has been nothing short of terrible. Offensively, Defensively, all around.

Where did the Hammer of 2011-2012 go?

(I know it's biased to post this right after he made the worst mistake of his career, but still).

To be fair he made a lot of stupid mistakes last year but most people have man crushes on him so they overlooked it.

GM's have to consider decline when building a roster. Gillis just skips along year after year assuming these guys will play at the same level. With our defence there is zero room for decline.

Well...Another dumb penalty by Hamhuis and another goal in. This game will have been lost simply because of Hamhuis, that's just sad.

Will the real Hamhuis, please stand up....

He's 30 and he's been our #1 defenceman for the last three years. This isn't really "washed up" age yet.
