We are very happy to bring back Heatley. He had some of his greatest successes here, including multiple 50 goal seasons playing with Spezza and Alfredsson.

With this deal, we will be able to put the Heatley-Spezza-Alfredsson line back together, and hopefully, they will be able to re-ignite their chemistry from Heatley's last stint in Ottawa.

Powe is an added bonus due to his checking and 2-way abilities.
