First chance to bet on the Wings as underdogs, (+120) but thinking I might take a pass or go small. Bos and Det play again on the 14th of this month, and hopefully Detroit can use this game to go to school a bit on the B's
I do like the Lightning +180 at the Hawks. CHicago is still a legitimate contender / favorite, but I think many are forgetting the flaws on the team. Crawford still has the potential to wet the bed, and the pk magic from last year needs to be replaced. Add to the mix a Saturday home game, in which half of the Hawks probably rolled in about 4am this morning, and I think I will take the long odds.
Florida +180 at St. Louis looks interesting as well. Tim Thomas looked live he never missed a beat in the opener.
