What's the deal with this guy?

Posted solid AHL numbers, but never got called up. Currently ppg in the KHL.

Bad skater? Why didn't he get a chance?

Good offensively, but poor defensively. Believe he even played a few games at forward for the Marlies.

Also add that he's really undersized and you have your answer.

Terrible defensively. Like the poster above said he was even deployed as a winger at some points.

He's a smaller version of Brennan Menell who also tore up the AHL/KHL before tapering off, but worse defensively and less physical. For a pure OFD he lacks a big shot from the point, so most of his production comes from playmaking/facilitating in the o-zone. No real standout traits, point compiler.
