Eh. Seems like a way out for people who are too lazy to make a prospect list. I still see a ton of good quality youngsters. I think if people don't care, they can voluntarily opt out of drafting. But who turns away a free asset?

Since the Vet draft was 1 round longer then originally planned I have decided to bump up the salary cap to 80M to compensate for adding an another round to the draft.
