After checking out the Rangers roster due to the fact they have no backup goalie and didn't make any attempt to fix their cap situation they are disqualified.The decision to disqualify them were hard but made easier when I looked at two facts: Not only were the roster guidelines not met but the team was over the cap. The Minnesota Wild have been given a bye as a result.
