4 points against Montreal on Thursday. He'd be a big addition to the Czechs. Can rosters be changed at this point?

I was wondering the same thing. He could be put on the team in the event of an injury to anybody on the main roster, if he is on the original long list announced earlier in the fall. However, I can't recall whether he was or not.

IMO, the Czechs are immensely better with Elias in the lineup. Even though they have some nice offensive weapons, Elias is somebody who is pretty reliable and has performed well in pressure situations.

The whole thing with naming your roster two months ahead of time and not being able to change it barring injury is ridiculous.

A lot can change in a month, let alone two... Like... Elias coming back.
