Do trades for draft picks count? The Flyers picked Konecny, for instance, after they traded Coburn for Gudas and Tampa's first, then traded that first and another pick to Nashville for theirs. So, they drafted him, but they made two trades to actually get him.

Meanwhile, the Capitals picked John Carlson with a pick they got from the Flyers. So would the Flyers have Carlson and no Konecny?

Schultz wasnt traded, he never signed with Anaheim after being drafted same with Gustafsson for the Oilers. Both players were never played a game for their draft team and signed with the Oilers and Hawks respectively as free agents.

Rieder was drafted with an aquired pick (we got it for M. Garon).

Klefbom was drafted with a pick we traded for (Penner for 1st rounder).

What if you did a list of only players ur team drafted regardless if the draft picks ur guys were drafted with were acquired via a trade ? its not a lock that the original pick holder would draft same player.
