Not sure how many out there are aware of this, but this guy was the muse for the team's "When The Blues Go Marching In" theme song. He scored a goal in the first season at the Arena and Norm Kramer, the organist at the time, played When The Saints Go Marching In. The fans jumped on it, changed the words a bit, and voila you have "When The Blues Go Marching In".
