Sergio Momesso. Always liked him, even if he was a role player. He was part ofthat Garth Butcher trade that I have always hated. That trade

I wonder if there is any other NHL team that has had two father-son duos where all four wore the same number. I'm not sure that would have happened in any professional sport.

Got to hang out with Larry Giroux for about a period in the Alumni Suite a few years back. A very nice man and very appreciative of someone who remembered him as a player. Ran into him outside the building before Game 3 of the SCF and he was shocked to get recognized "out in the wild". He said people usually only know him when Bobby Plager introduces him.

Interesting tidbit that five people wore #24 in 1972. Eleven people wore the number from 1972 until Bernie was the last to wear it in 1977. I guess he ended the curse of that sweater number for good.

Went with my heart on the first one, but I always thought Lee Norwood was a bit underappreciated here, especially his role in the Cinderella story of the 1986 playoffs. He had a lot of big goals in that playoff year.

I liked Norwood in his first stint with the Blues and he was darn good in Peoria the year prior. His second stint was less than spectacular though.

Hess reminds me a bit of Ian Cole. Was drafted as the next Bobby Orr and the expectations crushed any possible success he was to have. He was an example of bringing in a defenseman at too young of an age who wasn't ready yet (19 years old). It was a way different game for defenseman back then.

Edit: And I would love if they brought back those exact uniforms too.
