This wil be our roster going forward into the 2012-13 season. We feel that we have brought in many new faces to help us contend for the next season. Even though we lost some assets, the players we have gained are world-class and will help us contend for the Stanley Cup. As well, our prospect pool is now filled and we have exciting players coming up. Instead of a couple of good prospects in Wellwood and Rinaldo, we now have many grade A prospects including Ty Rattie, Emerson Etem, Jacob Josefson, Stefan Elliot, Malcolm Subban, and more. We feel that we have changed a playoff team into a real Stanley Cup contender. With this line-up your skills defensively out-weigh the defensive skills of Montreal. Our forwards are going to fool the montreal team time after time again. We will have scoring from everywhere. As well, our defense will be able to shut down the mediocre offense of Montreal. Despite the fact that the offense of the Flyers is more powerful than ours, we feel that our defense, highlighted by Kris Letang, Michael Del Zotto, PK Subban, and Josh Gorges should be able to contain them. We feel that we have an exceptional goaltending tandem of Carey Price, and Martin Biron, that will be able to shutdown the Flyers offense. Finally, we feel that we have significant offense, such as Max Pacioretty, Alex Semin, and Johan Franzen, among others, that should be able to score enough goals to carry us to the Cup Finals for the first time since 1993. We also have enough depth on our roster that will be able to handle a longer series, and even the Cup Finals.

You don't have to have all the superstars to win a cup. Look at LA.

Can a moderator close this thread.

Wasent trying to be harsh but it is literally the worst cup winner ever, Deharnais is their # 1 C with Berglund as # 2

And LA has alot of stars, Quick, Kopitar, Doughty, Richards, Carter, Brown. Not all "stars" but close
