Waivers/Buyouts
• You can waive players to the minors or Europe for cap relief.
• Each team has the option of buying out players contracts during the Entry Draft and Free Agency periods.
• Waivers are a first come first serve basis
• A player will be on waivers for 12 hours after the player was waived.
• If a team claims a player off of waivers, he cannot be traded without clearing waivers, with his previous team having first priority

Trades
• All trades must be sent to ALL commissioners and must be approved by 2/4 Commissioners or else they are Vetoed
• After sending in a trade you may post ONLY if it does not include high end players
• If a trade is announced before being sent in it is vetoed
• A trade involving a NTC or NMC must be sent in by BOTH GMs with a reasoning for the player to waive. The trade must be approved by 3/4 commissioners before you post. This will be as REALISTIC AS POSSIBLE, guys like St . Louis are not leaving Tampa.
• Player must waive before the trade is posted
• NO MEANS NO, If a trade is vetoed, or NTC/NMC is not waived, don’t complain
