He was the youngest in that draft if I remember correctly.
I wish we had just kept sekera.
The pick from the Sekera trade was Compher.

You have to try really hard these days to lose your playing eligibility at college. That would be a red flag for the sabres. These schools have teams of retention specialists that hold these athletes hands through their academic career, and allow them to drop/withdraw from classes to the bitter end.
I have hope for him but I wouldn't cry losing him if he was added in a package deal for a top 4 LHDIs he a prospect that the Sabres would be ok with trading? He was drafted high, and center are hard to come by in the NHL. It sounds like his stock may have dipped some. Are you as Sabres fans high on him at all?
I'd easily move Hurley, quite cheap too I'd add. He has little to no value. If we can convince a team to take Hurley over Bailey/Baptiste/Fasching in a package deal for a dman I think that's the extent of his trade value. On his own he isn't worth a thing.
What team would ever accept Hurley over legit NHL prospects who are close to ready?
Hurley has no value in trade at this point.
The pick from the Sekera trade was Compher.
The only way he does is if they sign him and then he develops into a player.
We use our own on Hurley? I thought we traded up to get him. I remember compher as a part of that deal too.
Still so unclear on what happened and why and even if he'll be back in South Bend for this coming season.
We have to come up with conspiracy theories.
How did he become not even a former player?
Did...did they time travel and erase him from existence?
Time to make crap up, then?We have to come up with conspiracy theories.
Is he no longer attending Notre Dame? They left him off this graphic
