Or congrats their defence, one would say. Congrats to Woof, OilerPensfan97, Hasbro and all the other Broncos fans around here.

They won close games all year and did it again tonight. Clearly one of the best defences ever. Got just enough offence when they needed it. 1st ring for guys like Wade Phillips and DeMarcus Ware who have been chasing it for awhile. Peyton goes out on top. Job well done.

I'm so happy for Wade Phillips after all the times he's been let go. he and Kubiak have some great chemistry coaching together.

Kubiak also, big fan of his and the fact he won in his first year is not only historic but amazing. New offence for everyone, loses Manning for 5 weeks, trumps the defending champs and wins it all.

Adam Schefter -- Elway bet on himself. No one fires an HC with 48 regular-season wins and 4 AFC West titles in 4 years...unless you know better. Elway did.

The Broncos defense did something to the Panthers that wasn't done all year. It was stunning to watch. In terms of both strategy and execution, it was nearly a perfect game.

Congrats to the Broncos! Very happy to see Peyton go out on top.

Von Miller was incredible and he's going to get PAID.

The Denver defense was incredible the last two games the way they contained the Patriots and Panthers. They were dominant all year and are probably in the discussion for greatest all-time defenses. Von Miller is going to fill a couple Brinks trucks with how much he's going to get in his next deal.

Yeah at least Chicago and Seattle got some offensive help from their QBs.

My favorite cousin is a big Broncos fan. How big? So big he's got an "Elway room" in his house. He just drunk-dialed me and it was the greatest thing ever. I've got to figure out how to get the message from my phone and post it on the internet.

Congrats. Enjoy it, because this is now Brock Osweiler's team and whomever they can find to replace Von Miller......

Thanks Marc. For once, I can't be pessimistic or overly dramatic... not sure what I'm going to do now.

Was a hell of a season filled with a lot of ups and downs and stress involved. So glad for guys like Peyton, Ware and Mr B though... this Championship was long past due. Wade Phillips too; masterful gameplans throughout the season, it was just wrong to never envision the guy on an NFL sideline again but I don't know if even he expected this.

Defense still matters. Special teams do too.

Didn't think that the Broncos could hold the Panthers to such little offence. Took away their running attach and were able to pressure Cam. Hats off to Denver for doing that.

Panther D played great too. Allowed the opening drive for FG. Then it was like 3 consecutive 3 and outs for the Broncos offensive before they gave up another first down after Tolbert fumble. But, they bailed their offence out with the pick.
They held Denver to a FG after the punt return inside the 20. Gave up a FG on the first drive of the 2nd half. Denver already in FG range on strip of Cam late in the game. Able to get the TD off the holding call.

So, 2 FG drives. One held FG when Denver started in the red zone. A TD when the drive starts at the 5. Even a FG at that point makes it a 19-10 game, 2 scores with 3 minutes to go. Game over.

If that is all the offence that Denver's D needs to win, than they can bring Osweiler along nicely next season. Just a matter of how they manage their cap with Manning's big dollars getting moved to Miller and paying Osweiler starting QB money.

Ser Woof never faltered in his confidence

Congrats to you bronco fans

Sometimes I don't think being a sports fan is good for my health. It turns me into a crazy person. Hard not to be pessimistic after suffering through so many heartbreaks and disappointments though.

I promise not to criticize this organization once next season though... this one will keep me satisfied for the next little while.
