Maybe they have some news on this on C2E. IanO there is pretty connected with this type of thing and probably knows something.

They stripped all the signage from the EAD Tower. New Billboard. #comingjune13 tags all over the city accompanied by street art. Large banner on city hall.

I think most people will still call it the arena district instead of the "Ice District". Hopefully they'll have some ice-themed festivals taking place in the district in the future
