He let Peter Harrold play 20 minutes agame over Larsson/Gelinas ... He has players he likes because of grit who play over our youngsters even though we suck and should let the youth grow

Honestly not much, but he's been making extremely questionable decisions his whole tenure really. This move was coming sooner or later and even though the team is also terrible, he did nothing to help it.
