Wow, that is absolutely the wrong call. You call back a goal if the deflection is high, but the goal wasn't off the deflection. Terrible call by the refs if they take this one back

If the refs won't review it Boucher should have challenged. It seems to have hit below his shoulder on the way down and White is allowed to to that. He didn't score above the crossbar. The rule is the shoulders on this play. The refs are wrong.

You can't challenge that.

It sucks and it just adds another reason to why i f***ing hate reffing in this league.

 can’t believe they refused that goal after the video review, it touched an Oilers player then White’s stick but well under the bar. He gets screwed of a goal and Ryan of an assist

Sens are the worst team in the league (but they’re a team!) they don’t need to get jobbed by the f***ing refs on top of it.

It's not a reviewable play.

Here's the rule:

60.5Goals - An apparent goal scored by an attacking player who strikes the puck with his stick carried above the height of the crossbar of the goal frame shall not be allowed. The determining factor is where the puck makes contact with the stick. If the puck makes contact with the stick at or below the level of the crossbar and enters the goal, this goal shall be allowed.

It's a pretty damn generous interpretation to suggest that a player can never score after knocking a puck down above the crossbar no matter what happens afterwards. These refs are ridiculous.

Duclair looks great. Let's see if pretty boy Chabot decides to start trying on this pp here.
