Given the moved out bodies with the Phaneuf deal and the youth of the team, it's ok. They got roster space to get some new bodies and Neil is a good vet in terms of mentorship. Neils footspeed has slowed to the "it's an issue level" though.

I would have been ready to say goodbye in the summer.
