Mosty leagues don't wait. He is simply PM'd to change his pick as soon as he can.

He picked. He made a mistake. It bears a little cost. Not much, but some. As it should.

Move on to the next guy.

... or give him the remainder of his original time slot to make the change.

Some of us are busy and can only check in for a few minutes at a time. Being in several mock and sim leagues means we can't always check every league when we are on for a short time. PM's are a great service to the entire league to keep things moving.

Fortunately. I'm on the computer a dozen times a day and not too much time was wasted here.
