Thought the gwg was questionable for Ned to have given up, but the Wolves carried most of the play after they made it 3-2. Their strategy seems to be get the puck in the zone, send someone immediately to the front of the net and then to look for screened point shots. I believe that’s exactly how they scored their first 3 goals.

I think his season in the AHL is going to benefit him in the same way that Staal's lockout-forced AHL season helped. It's also a good sign than Necas went down and played hard, and didn't pout or threaten to go back to Czech Republic.

It was awesome. A great little barn. Except for the ending, I enjoyed it a lot.

My gripe is that the ushers aren’t stopping people going to their seats while the puck is in play.

But they put on a good show with them coming on the ice and stuff.
