Dude just give it up. how long do they need to baby Gaudette til he becomes some tweener 2nd line player? We need cap space and he was going to be an RFA and probably taken by Seattle anyways. Plus we got Podkolzin who has marinated in KHL for 2 years. Whats your take on Podkolzin? Does he also need couple of more years til Canucks call him up?

Seattle taking Gaudette would be better than trading for Highmore though. They won’t be selecting Highmore. I’d bet on that
