I was promised there would be more 1st round picks to move all 3 years of Johnson's contract!?! One for each year right? Where them picks and prospects at?

A second?!

And giving them more LTIR shenanigans to play around with? How many more millions over the cap will next years playoff run be? 20 Million? 30? What does that equate to in Canadian income tax toonies?

Brisebois using the konami code again...let's go!

Tampa is still right at the cap no? And they need to resign their RFA, a goalie and some depth pieces?

Do they need to make another move still?

What actually happens if Tampa signs players, uses his LTIR space and Seabrook decides to retire at the last second?

They’re actually losing a guy this time, and one that played well for them in the playoffs. Along with losing at least two thirds of their third line, may lose all of it.

I’m sure they’ll find a way, but this isn’t the same as last year by any stretch imo.

Losing 'only' Goodrow, Gourde and Johnson while barely paying for any asset (a 2nd) was the best possible outcome for the TBL. Brisebois is a genius.
