File under "possible, but improbable." But in both 2016 and 2018, the Flyers went 17-7-5 in their final 29 games to make the playoffs. That same record would give them 93 points, likely not enough to make the cut for this season. Slightly better, though, and they could feasibly sneak in again.

I also looked into the schedule breakdown a bit, and Hakstol's love of OT games.
So, while it's very unlikely, it's something that they've come close to doing before. If they don't entirely sink themselves in the next couple weeks, the biggest game of the season will be February 28th against the Blue Jackets.
