A couple years ago, people would be calling this suspension worthy. The NHL seems to have become a little more leinient on head shots so I don't expect anything to come to this.

The first impact is pretty clearly shoulder and even the secondary push looks like head on arm with the elbow naturally snapping out bc thats how arm extension works. The elbow doesnt look to actually hit his head, though.
