ADA wouldn’t do well in the Canadian market. He speaks his mind which is a character flaw apparently. He also happens to be one of the most well liked players in the room, so he should stay where he is.

Yeah, well that may work for him but not for us.
He wants to get paid, he has to go where that can happen.
Long term that is not NYR, and it is stupid to hold him until the last min.
