I think it's only worth it this year because of the unique quality at the top of this draft, any other year and we're better off sucking less. There is definitely a long term cost to being this bad.

I'm hoping having everyone healthy next season will help with the long term outlook. Both in improving the roster and on the mental side of things. If they manage to get a good start next season, I think they'll be ok, but if the next season starts anything like this one, I'll be worried.
