Why is Severson a cowboy? I had to figure out who that was and process of elimination and the ''To get the boys rollin'' part narrows that down to Severson.
I thought maybe it was Coleman, but he didn't have a goal tonight and he also is the pickle.

I feel kind of bad, as he seems like a solid guy, even though he hasn't played well this year.
I think if he can play like this most nights, he has a chance to save his job for next year. If he plays like this most nights, we're gonna win or at least get a point most games.
Probably won't be a blowout win every night though, as there's only 3 or 4 goaltenders in the league that have been worse than this f***in bum and luckily Kinkaid is not one of them.

Zajac's possession numbers are still a far cry from what he's done in almost every year in his NHL career, but they've improved a little bit over the last stretch of games. Andy Greene's have not, not even a little bit.
But Zajac is producing at a pace of just about 30 points over 82 games, which isn't terrible for your 3rd line center, and him producing at this pace almost looked impossible about a month ago. I think he was literally producing at a 15 point per 82 pace after his first 20 games of the season.

We don't need Zajac scoring as much if the other youngins' are putting their due in.... Travis just needs to be a good 3rd line guy who does his Zajac defensive thing, and puts up a point or two, every 4 games. Look Noesen, Hischier, Severson, Palms filled it fine today. Hell, if we get one defenseman to pot a goal every 3 games we'll be in good shape already. Between Moore/Sevs/Butcher/Vatanen, theoretically it should be fairly realistic
