Aho's production has dropped more than Teravainen's since they were split. This contract can turn into a really really good one.
On what basis has Aho's production dropped? Both have been on fire and their production is equal.
Since January 20 (Nino trade was roughly when they were split):
Aho = 13 points in 10 games
Teravainen = 13 points in 10 games
A good chunk of that has come on the PP where they play together and Brind'Amour has also infrequently placed them together to provide a spark (Canes first goal last night was Ferland-Aho-TT).
At Even Strength Aho-Nino-Williams have been much more dangerous:
