So Felski is wearing an A in the game against Canada right now. I haven't yet seen who's wearing the other letters.
Marcel Goc is wearing the C, not sure who has the other A.

"We're excited with the team and player makeup that we have," Nicholson said. "We have Captain Canada there in Ryan Smyth, who's played more games for Canada than any player in the history of Canada. It's great to have him back and he's our captain again."

C - Kapanen
A - Nummelin

The 34-year-old forward is the country's all-time leader in games played at the event with 59 and will be participating in his eighth world championship.
Canada will use a rotating cast of four alternates during the tournament: Francois Beauchemin, Corey Perry, Steven Stamkos and Ray Whitney.
