I mean, he is 20, 210lbs, playing against some 16 year old kids. If he keeps it up in the AHL, then I'll get excited.
Yes, there are lots of CHLers who don’t translate to the next level. Hofer is a prime example to a lesser extent. They both have size and hands and can score. It will take time. Still think he could be a good black ace for Hershey this year.

The Washington Capitals have assigned 2023 second-round pick Andrew Cristall to the AHL’s Hershey Bears, following the end of his WHL season. This kicks off the pro career of one of 2023’s most divisive prospects – with Cristall’s 280 points in 191 career WHL games clearly showing his scoring ability, but skeptics pointing out his lack of explosivity and off-puck fundamentals. He recorded 111 points in 62 games this season alone, the most of any Kelowna Rocket since 1996, and will now hope to translate his flashy style into a tougher scene.

I was a bit disappointed at how Suzdalev looked for the Blades during the regular season but he's finally starting to heat up. He had a great game 5 with 3 assists, including 1 on the OT winner to put the Blades up 3-2 in the series. 3-game point streak going now.

That's good to hear. I've all but given up on him as a legitimate Capitals prospect at this point. If he can figure it out, I'd love to see him succeed.
