And this is why it is fine to keep Eller around unless we are for sure out of playoffs.

My game puck tonight goes to Nicklas Backstrom. 82% xGF, a nice assist, and generally being all over the ice. I’d love it if he’s able to keep this up.

I like the 15-19-43 combination. A nice combination of complementary skills.

I suspect Dowd will be out tomorrow, but once he’s healthy they have to consider what they are going to do with Kuznetsov. Another poor performance from him tonight: 23% xG.

I'd seriously consider giving Kuz a scratch and putting Mojo in his spot with NAK on the 4th line wing. Marcus won't give you magic but he won't turn the puck over every shift either.
