Whatever became of Seattle's $650m expansion fee and the big $$$ from the new TV deals anyhow? Also, weren't they due for some significant NFT royalties from player cards?

I'm guessing they went towards keeping the BoGs happy relative to all the losses they've made during the pandemic.

Expansion fees are not hockey-related revenue, so that doesn't impact the cap.
