If you told me that after the first period last night I would have disagreed. They came out flying giving the Canucks zero space but faded hard in the 2nd and 3rd. The talents definitely there but could tell they're missing that extra piece to give them that extra gear, could be a new coach.

I've heard some things about him that makes me think he's not a fan of innovation and is a little too old-school for my tastes. His general reputation indicates he's the type who flames out with a team after about four years.
