You're thinking that's the reason we lost come on! defense played great We just have to many guys who can't score. The nucks wasn't going to let wilson score. We don't that many options on offense. Fisher was never offensive machine he always been a defensive center along with Legwand. There's the reason.

pretty boring game, luongo kept the canucks in during the first tho. If nashville scored then they prob would have held on for the win or atleast overtime.

This game is a bit concerning for me. If more teams play against us like Vancouver did, then we are in trouble. The way to beat Nashville is to play like Nashville.

Just a thought to all the people blaming the loss on offense...it was poor defensive play that led to the goal. The goal was not scored by a Sedin...or Kessler...or Burrows...or even Raymond or Edler or Bieksa.



We faced a good goalie. We let up a bad goal. In a manner of speaking, their offense struggled just as much as ours did. They just got one in a great spot to bury it, and they did.

The difference in tonight's goalie duel was one coverage lapse in our end. The disturbing trend continues.

the boys are still playing above their means... rinne is just awesome.. even in a loss, his stats go up. im confident in saying we won't miss suter. our defense is solid. weber, josi, klein, ellis, blum should be in our defense corps for a long time. we have alot to look forward to with these guys. biggest problem so far for me is farquaad and legwand. hard for wingers like wilson and smith to do anything offensively when they suck at draws and have as much offensive creativity as a potato. legwand and fisher are holding this team back. we have some decent wingers in wilson, erat, smith, bourque.. but its so hard to get puck possession with our centers especially farquaad. he has sucked at the dot and is a turnover machine. overall, really excited to see our defense grow and pekka being the man.

1 mistake cost us the game. The first period was still incredible. Our lack of offense is concerning but Wilson and Smith look great. I'm not jumping off a bridge due to tonights game. We deserved atleast a point.
