Edmonton traded Barzal and Beauvilier for Rienhart
Calgary traded the 12 overall pick, 43 overall pick, and a third round pick to get Hamonic
Here it's a 10 overall pick, Pullijarvi(who can be replaced by Yammamoto, Aberg, Rattie) for Tanev and Granlund(scored 19 in 69 last year)

That's news to me, Beauvilier was not even involved in that trade at all. It was a first and a second that turned into Barzal and Stephens.

I agree. Chris Tanev isn’t enough to fix the oilers. They are about a 5/10. He may improve them to a 7/10. 7s don’t take Stanley home.

no it did turn into Barzal and Beauvillier. But only after they used the 2nd to trade up to #28 to get Beauvillier

Over the last 5 seasons, Tanev has averaged less than 60 games played per season and less than 4 goals per season.

He’s not the defenceman the Oilers are looking for.
