I miss Luongo. Been watching him when I can, he really has learned to move around his crease better. Still gets into trouble with that terrible "leg kick and flop" move at times but the other night he actually slid across the crease twice before making a nice glove save.

I thought he worked hard to largely eliminate that over his last two seasons here. It was mostly '09-10 and '10-11 where it was a problem

Pleeeeease give me Marky. It's an early puck drop (relatively, 10 PM over here) and he was better against PHI than Miller was against DET.. And it's against his old team...

However, it's never happening. Gotta keep Miller up in the top 3 for minutes played. Injuries and fatigue be damned!

Rollie didn't even get here until 10-11, so even as a huge Luongo fanboy, that's simply not true.

I would say he was just getting used to it by 12-13, and it was just getting smooth in his last year here.

You have to remember that this was essentially a complete rebuild of how he moved around the crease, he had literally never used those techniques until Rollie showed up.

I'd love to see him. I like the Canucks a lot and am really rooting for him to succeed. Sounds like he's been looking better? I like it.

He's looked good this season (except for the game against Boston). But he won't play tonight as per the Nucks' official Twitter. Let's just keep riding the 35 year old who had a serious knee injury last year and is top 3 in minutes played. After all, he is providing .909% goaltending so why risk that.

I'm bitter.
