GDT: Canes vs. Pens: Slump Busters edition

It looked like at the end of the game, the D pairings were Liles-Faulk, Hanifin-Pesce, Hainsey-Slavin, at least for a bit. I missed the early part of the game, was it like that earlier also? Or was it only that way due to long line changes/shifts?
