The Flyers are actually pretty thin on the blue line, all things considered, and there's no one ready to step in, even next season, to replace Sanheim. They have their seven guys and the eighth best option is one of the AHL lifers in Lehigh. The Flyers are probably not going to have a ton of cap space to sign anyone either in the offseason either.
Prior to the big prospects hitting the NHL, they were untouchable because of their upside and organizational philosophy. Now they're untouchable because they're all we have. Zamula and York are good prospects, but the 2021-22 season is probably when they'll be getting serious consideration for an NHL spot and that's being optimistic. Sanheim has been rolling shotgun with Braun on the second pair all year. If Kylington was a second pair defenseman, CGY wouldn't include him in this hypothetical deal. It would create a massive gap in the top four that took so long to materialize for PHI.
