Anyone comparing Yakupov to Byfield is only stat watching their games age, style, position absolutely everything are nothing alike.
(being big)... can mask other issues in a players game when they are playing at lower levels.
It seems like the criticisms are the same throughout, that he seems kind of underwhelming given his speed and size, and that he might not be as skilled as previously mentioned.
So you're saying the things he has accomplished to this point are less impressive/valuable as an NHL prospect due to the fact that he is a big guy?
How is that not treating being big as a negative?
I also love that it's always basically framed as "He gets to beat up on the smaller guys in Junior hockey. That wont be the case in the NHL... Especially now that the NHL is getting smaller and faster."

He doesn't play like Lindros. That's just something people say due to his build. He's closer to someone like Blake Wheeler than he is to Lindros.What’s a good player comparable for Byfield? I’ve heard Lindros stylistically is similar but what about current NHL
