Yeah...like, no one says no. This trade is literally not possible to execute. The NHL says "No" because of the salary cap...
The Kings would need to unload additional salary in order to be cap compliant

The team with the 100+ point 25 year old centre. Byfield has done nothing to be remotely close to being on EP's level.Who says no?
Based on what? I like QB but this post is asinine.Bookmark it now

It appears that you do not understand the logic behind these views. This training video may help to explain it.The team with the 100+ point 25 year old centre. Byfield has done nothing to be remotely close to being on EP's level.
For the people who say well he's gonna get paid so that plays into it, that makes no sense. To not get paid means failure. As for potential being a factor, why would someone possibly hitting be worth more than someone who has.
It's like the people who say they wouldn't trade Power or Sanderson for Quinn because one day there's a small chance they reach his level. Never got that way of thinking.
Restricted free agentNo way King's do this. They'll just sign EP in Summer.
He’s an RFA so the Canucks have at least one year of control (if he takes his qualifying offer). We will trade him if he doesn’t sign for more than a year this summer. No way King's do this. They'll just sign EP in Summer.
Even better! Take a qualifying offer then the King's have time to clear up the space. He’s an RFA so the Canucks have at least one year of control (if he takes his qualifying offer). We will trade him if he doesn’t sign for more than a year this summer.
Good chuckle here. Guy doesn't know the basic league rules/setup yet posts this.Even better! Take a qualifying offer then the King's have time to clear up the space.
