They still put up 39 shots last night and I think the overpassing was really more because of the score...they stopped trying to just get the puck on net and felt they had some freedom to be more creative because they had a large goal cushion.

I do want them to not pass up easy shots but I'm not horribly concerned about their ranking in shots on goal at this point

I hope that the overpassing last night was due to the score. But players like Zucc have been called out other times for making that one pass too many in tight games. My only concern about it is that against a team with a quick and lethal breakout, which come playoff time we will see more of, that one lateral pass can lead to a huge rush in the other direction. Again, my point is that when it gets to those 2 on 1s when you are getting closer to the net and there is a ready stick taking up a large portion of the passing lane, just let her rip and get it on net.
